Lifetime Warranty
Last updated: September 2026
Every ISRAA bag is handmade and comes with a warranty for as long as you own it, covering defects in craftsmanship and materials.
What's covered
The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects — things like beadwork coming loose, a seam failing, or a clasp breaking under normal use, where the fault lies in how the bag was made rather than how it was used.
What's not covered
Because each bag is handmade from natural materials, some wear over time is expected and isn't a defect. The warranty doesn't cover: normal wear and tear (fading, minor bead wear, colour change with use); accidental damage (drops, spills, tears); damage from misuse, improper storage, or exposure to water, heat, or chemicals; and bags that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than ISRAA.
How long it lasts
The warranty applies for as long as the original buyer owns the bag. It isn't transferable to a later owner and doesn't require registration — your order record is proof of purchase.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your order number and a description (ideally with a photo) of the issue, and we'll let you know how we can help — a repair where possible, or another resolution at our discretion. Contact us.
