As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, with no need to give a reason.

How to return an item

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected the returned item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away — we'll cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.
