By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

The trader

ISRAA is the trading name under which Daknache Limited carries out this business. Full contact details are on our Contact page.

Products

Every bag is handmade and one-of-a-kind; minor variations in colour or pattern from photographs are normal.

Pricing & VAT

Prices are listed in euros (€). We are not currently VAT-registered in Cyprus, so no VAT is added to the price shown.

Payment

Payment is taken by card via Stripe at checkout. We never receive or store your card details — these are processed directly by Stripe.

Delivery

We ship within Cyprus only, via ACS Courier. At checkout you choose either an ACS Pick-up Point/Locker or Home delivery — shipping is currently free either way. A minimum order of €20 applies. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible and will email you a tracking number once your order ships.

Order acceptance

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully completed. The checkout button clearly states that placing the order carries an obligation to pay.

Right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. See our separate Returns Policy page for details.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about your order, contact us directly via our Contact page — we'll aim to resolve any issue promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus.
